Yohan brings extensive experience in design, construction, project management, and commercial project delivery, providing practical expertise that complements Spacemtwo’s design-led approach.
With a strong understanding of both the design and construction processes, Yohan works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on programme, and within budget. His collaborative approach helps bridge the gap between design intent and on-site execution, identifying practical solutions while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Having worked across a diverse range of residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects, Yohan has developed a reputation for clear communication, proactive coordination, and a commitment to achieving successful project outcomes. He is passionate about creating long-term relationships with clients by delivering projects that are both functional and commercially successful.
At Spacemtwo, Yohan oversees project delivery, consultant coordination, and business development, ensuring every project is managed with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.

Sunshine is the Project and Design Director of Spacemtwo, bringing over 17 years of architectural experience across New Zealand, South Korea, and Spain. Her diverse international background has shaped a design approach that combines creativity, functionality, and commercial thinking to deliver spaces that are both inspiring and practical.
Throughout her career, Sunshine has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential developments, high-end homes, apartment buildings, commercial spaces, and mixed-use developments. She is passionate about transforming ideas into thoughtfully designed environments that reflect each client’s vision while responding to the unique context of every project. Sunshine believes that great architecture is achieved through listening, clear communication, and close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors from concept through to completion.
As the creative lead at Spacemtwo, Sunshine oversees design direction, client relationships, project coordination, and quality assurance. Her goal is to create meaningful spaces that not only meet today’s needs but continue to enrich the lives of the people who use them for years to come.

Sindy is a Registered Architect with over 12 years of professional experience across New Zealand and Australia. She has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and education projects, bringing strong design capability, technical expertise, and project leadership to every stage of the architectural process.
With a balanced approach that combines creativity with practical problem-solving, Sindy is passionate about designing environments that are functional, sustainable, and thoughtfully crafted. She works closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop design solutions that respond to each project’s unique context while meeting regulatory and commercial requirements. She is committed to delivering high-quality design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and commercial value.
