Trias Terrace

The project reinterprets terrace housing as a rhythm of sculpted black volumes and recessed outdoor spaces, creating a strong architectural identity within a compact suburban site. Each dwelling is subtly shifted to break down the overall scale, allowing light, privacy, and openness to layer throughout the development.

Dark vertical cladding and sharp roof forms give the architecture a bold monolithic character, while warm timber terraces soften the composition with moments of retreat and outdoor living. Recessed balconies and elevated living spaces create a continuous play of shadow and depth, transforming a simple row housing typology into a more dynamic and spatially layered streetscape.
