Glendhu Terrace

The project reimagines terrace housing as a composition of floating and carved volumes shaped by light, shadow, and topography. Rather than forming a rigid continuous row, each dwelling subtly shifts and recesses to create a layered streetscape where solid black forms appear suspended above lighter grounded elements.

Balconies, voids, and deep shadow lines soften the overall density while framing openness, privacy, and outlook within the compact footprint. The sloping terrain further amplifies this sectional layering, giving the development a strong sculptural identity along the street.
