Cadness Apartments

A residential masterplan shaped less like a collection of buildings, and more like a living urban landscape.
The project introduces a porous network of green spaces, communal terraces, and pedestrian connections that weave between the apartment blocks, allowing nature and movement to become part of everyday life.

Rather than maximising density through repetition, the development breaks down the scale of the massing to create rhythm, openness, and moments of pause throughout the site. Internal green voids and layered communal spaces bring light, air, and visual connection deep into the architecture, encouraging a stronger sense of community within a high-density environment.

In collaboration with Hyundai E&C, the project reimagines contemporary K-Housing as an experience that feels connected, walkable, and socially alive.
