Grenada Terrace

This project is shaped by a repeating L-shaped floor plan that interlocks to form a cohesive residential composition.

Each home is mirrored and carefully arranged to create rhythm, individuality, and spatial efficiency. The L-shaped geometry not only generates a distinctive architectural pattern, but also helps define private outdoor spaces and reduce direct overlooking between neighbouring homes, addressing one of the key challenges of medium-density living.

Projecting upper volumes, framed balconies, and warm material accents further reinforce the architectural rhythm, creating a residential environment that balances connection and privacy while maintaining a strong sense of individuality for each home.
