A Theatre of Fire and Craft

Designed around an open kitchen concept, the restaurant transforms cooking into a live performance. At its heart, a sculptural kitchen island acts as the stage, where chefs, flames, smoke, and movement become part of the dining experience.

Dark timber finishes, oversized lanterns, and dramatic lighting create a cinematic atmosphere inspired by the energy of Japanese alleyway dining and contemporary urban nightlife. Guests are positioned around the kitchen, blurring the boundary between audience and performer, and turning every meal into an immersive experience.

The result is a space where food, craftsmanship, and atmosphere come together as a single performance.
