The project redefines social housing through a layered mix of apartments and terrace homes, creating a connected residential community rather than a singular housing block.
Varied roof forms and shifting building scales shape a dynamic streetscape, breaking down the overall density into a more human and neighbourhood-oriented composition.

Designed for 60 households, the masterplan balances density with openness through shared outdoor spaces, pedestrian connections, and diverse living typologies that encourage both privacy and community interaction.
