Rathfarnham House

This project explores the contrast between bold exterior form and expansive internal volume. Dark gabled masses create a strong architectural presence from the street, while a dramatic central void opens the interior vertically through light, openness, and visual connection.

The double-height living space becomes the heart of the home, connecting the stair, upper gallery, and surrounding rooms as one continuous spatial experience. Warm material tones and natural light soften the bold exterior expression, creating a calm and contemporary atmosphere for family living.
