The architecture is driven by contrast – light and dark, solid and void, repetition and variation. Distinct roof silhouettes create rhythm along the street while the recessed balconies soften the scale and enhance privacy for residents above the commercial frontage. Combined with an activated commercial base, the project transforms repetitive apartment living into a sculpted and layered urban form with a strong architectural identity.
