This duplex development is shaped by the idea that repetition can create identity. A series of pitched roof forms establishes a strong architectural rhythm, bringing individual homes together as a cohesive composition.

The repeating roofscape creates movement along the street while maintaining a familiar residential character. Contrasting dark and light materials further emphasise the layered forms, adding depth, texture, and visual balance.
