Penguin Terrace

Conceived as a vertical living experience shaped by light, horizon, and movement, this pair of terrace homes challenges the conventional perception of terrace housing. Instead of compact and inward-facing spaces, the design unfolds across cascading split levels that open toward panoramic ocean views and expansive outdoor terraces.
Bold gabled volumes, softened by warm timber textures and transparent edges, create a refined coastal silhouette along the hillside. As natural light moves through the layered interior spaces throughout the day, the homes continuously shift between openness, privacy, and framed moments of the surrounding landscape.
