The project delivers 49 contemporary residential units through a carefully layered composition of apartments and shared living spaces.
Alternating black and grey brick volumes create depth and rhythm across the façades, while patterned metal screens introduce texture, privacy, and a distinctive architectural identity. Robust materiality, articulated forms, and refined detailing combine to create a warm yet sophisticated residential environment with a strong urban presence.
